Canada 6.5 mm & 7.5 mm
UK 1 & 3
Japan 15 (6.6 mm – unfortunately, there isn’t a 7.5 mm equivalent)
US 10.5 (6.5 mm – unfortunately, there isn’t a 7.5 mm equivalent)
