1. I found your presentation on flour sacks interesting. It got me thinking. I remember my aunt and grandmother had clothespin hangers and aprons made with flour sacks. My mother baked all of our bread and in the 1950’s she bought 25 lb. bags of flour and sugar in fabric bags. She was disappointed when the company switched to paper. I think some of my doll clothes were made from flour sacks. Thank you for sharing your information.
